ErrandLoop is a neighborhood-based platform. When you join a community, the following information is visible to other approved members and administrators of your community: your name, your phone number (for errand coordination), and posts and messages you create. Your email address and home address are not displayed publicly within the community. They are accessible only to community administrators for verification purposes.
360 Data Studio LLC does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform: Twilio — for SMS notifications and phone number verification; Postmark — for transactional email delivery; Base44 — for app hosting, authentication, and data storage. These providers process your data only as necessary to deliver their services and are bound by their own privacy policies.
We intend to store and process your data in the United States. However, due to circumstances beyond our control — such as changes made by our third-party infrastructure providers — the physical location of data storage may change. 360 Data Studio LLC assumes no liability for any such changes that occur outside of our direct control. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
By providing your phone number and enabling SMS notifications, you consent to receive transactional text messages from ErrandLoop, operated by 360 Data Studio LLC. These messages may include account verification codes, community join requests, community approval updates, post alerts, chat replies, errand request updates, admin notifications, and account-related alerts.
SMS notifications are optional and are not required to create an account. You may turn SMS notifications on or off at any time from your Profile settings.
Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. You may reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages or HELP for help.
ErrandLoop does not sell, rent, or share SMS consent, phone numbers, or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

You may request deletion of your account at any time from your Profile settings. Upon account deletion, your personal information (name, email, phone, address) will be removed from active records. Posts and messages you created may be retained in anonymized form to maintain community history integrity.
ErrandLoop is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has registered on our platform, please contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of ErrandLoop after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

By creating an account on ErrandLoop, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use ErrandLoop. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
To use ErrandLoop, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including: your legal first and last name, a valid phone number where neighbors and admins can reach you, and your home address (used to verify community membership). Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account deactivation.
Each user may belong to only one community at a time. You may not create or join multiple communities simultaneously. Creating accounts in multiple communities is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension. If you wish to leave your current community, you may delete your account or request removal. Once your account is fully deleted or removed from a community, you are free to create a new account and join or create a different community. ErrandLoop reserves the right to delete any community that is determined to be a duplicate of an existing community, without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
If you move out of the neighborhood community you are registered in, you are required to delete your account immediately. Continuing to use ErrandLoop under a community you no longer reside in is a violation of these Terms and grounds for immediate account removal. 360 Data Studio LLC reserves the right to delete or deactivate any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, including accounts of users who are no longer residents of their registered community. You confirm that the address you provide during registration is your current, actual residential address and that you are an active resident of that community.
ErrandLoop is a community-first platform built on trust and good intention. You agree to treat all neighbors with respect and courtesy, only post legitimate errand offers or requests, not use the platform for commercial solicitation, spam, or advertising, not engage in harassment, hate speech, or threatening behavior, and honor commitments made to other community members. Offers and Asks must be made in good faith. Any misuse, deceptive behavior, or illegal activity will result in immediate and permanent account removal.
360 Data Studio LLC reserves the full right to suspend, deactivate, or permanently remove any account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to accounts that appear suspicious, fraudulent, or are not genuine community residents; violate community standards or these Terms; provide false identity or address information; are reported by community admins for misconduct; or are inactive for an extended period.
To protect the integrity of each community, ErrandLoop reserves the right to request proof of residency or identity verification from any user at any time. This may include but is not limited to a utility bill, lease agreement, or government-issued ID showing your community address. Failure to provide requested verification, or providing fraudulent documentation, will result in immediate account suspension or permanent removal.
Your name, phone number, and address are shared within your community to facilitate errand coordination. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. By using ErrandLoop, you consent to this limited sharing within your verified community. We intend to store and process your data in the United States. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, the physical location of data storage may change. 360 Data Studio LLC assumes no liability for any such changes that occur outside of our direct control.
ErrandLoop is a free, community-driven coordination platform. We are not a marketplace, delivery service, or commercial platform. We do not facilitate, process, or guarantee any transactions between users. 360 Data Studio LLC assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, theft, injury, or dispute arising from interactions between users. ErrandLoop does not mediate, arbitrate, or take any responsibility for disputes between users. Any tips or payments exchanged between neighbors are entirely voluntary and at the sole discretion and risk of the parties involved. ErrandLoop does not process, hold, or guarantee any payments.
ErrandLoop exists solely to help neighbors connect and help each other with everyday tasks. We are not selling anything, we are not a commercial service, and we do not profit from interactions between users. Our only goal is to strengthen communities by making it easier for neighbors to help one another.
These Terms and all platform rules may be updated or changed at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
